Multicom
Intercom System

INTERKOM SYSTEM 2600 / 3000 Multicom 2600/3000 does not have a „typical“ field of application – its design is simply too flexible. Multicom 2600/3000 can be applied wherever a qualified exchange of information is required.
Multicom is used in industrial businesses and production facilities, offices, administrative buildings, doctors’ surgeries and in the service sector. We have developed specific sector-related solutions for highly sensitive areas such as hospitals and police departments to meet the high security standards. In general our product range comprises voice terminals for offices, access and security areas, voice terminals for external and industrial applications and voice terminals for the medical sector and areas which are subject to increased explosion hazard. Our interfaces provide access to other systems and solutions for control stations. Multicom control centres allows operating up to 8 control centres (480 extensions) in one interconnected system.
The data and NF links between the individual modules are administered by the communication processor. We provide two network systems:
  • Multicom 3000 control centres can be operated within the integrated network (N) up to a distance of 4,000 m from the communication processor
  • The network expansion (E) serves as a reasonable alternative. However, the communication processor and the control centres have to be installed in the immediate vicinity of each other. The maximum length of the interconnection line is 4 m.

Multiswitch
Intercom System

INTERKOM SYSTEM 4032 / 4064 Perfect communication by means of the digital communication server Multiswitch by Gehrke.
Modular architecture, almost unlimited expandability turn this hardware into an ideal communication centre ranging from the link-up of a radio conference system, monitoring of door conditions and emergency calls up to the automatic control of barriers, traffic lights and door openers.
It is compatible to existing data networks and communication technology.
Thanks to its system architecture Multiswitch integrates all functional areas on one single platform. All information is gathered and clearly structured at one single point. The main functionalities of this system are characterized by its interconnected features, i.e.

  • Voice communication
  • Monitoring and control
  • Control station technology
The heart of the system is a multi-functional communication server including an integrated network service unit.
As a central processing unit the server is installed on a 19” module rack.
Through network integration this central processing unit allows expansion up to 6,000 users.
All central units can be interconnected with each other via ISDN or Voice over IP Gateway via Ethernet.
We provide UPN node modules via two-wire connection (8 nodes per module) or SO node modules via four-wire connection (4 nodes per module). System interfaces such as contact modules with 16 inputs each, relay modules with 16 relays each, combined contact and relay modules 8 inputs/8 outputs with a RS232/422/485 interface. NF input and output coupling
100V output modules
Modules for digital and analog radio interface connection
Digital storage for audio files
Standardised ISDN terminals such as standard ISDN phone terminals (DSS1) DECT-ISDN terminals (DSS1)
ISDN cards for PCs (DSS1)
ISDN servers for the transmission of video frames.
